Current industrial design is outdated and the world needs to quickly cut down on emissions and use resources far more efficiently. We help the future greats seize this moment by rethinking business models, securing investments and, developing circular operations.
All industrial processes generate waste. Reusing industrial waste streams is one of the biggest opportunities to create impact at scale today and meet rising demands for commodities like energy and food. We're introducing a new standard for industrial operations based on new and existing waste streams. Our solution can be applied to almost any energy-intensive industry.
We offer investments in resilient assets that don’t sacrifice the present and future health of our planet. Made possible by a business model rooted in science and brought to life through proven technologies and know-how.
By creating better production capacity and infrastructure, we help companies with good ideas and much needed solutions focus on their thing and scale faster with less risk and climate footprint.
Better self-sufficiency, new jobs, and associated benefits. Our projects allow individuals and communities to take part in and benefit from the transition towards a more circular future.
Waste streams are regarded as having virtually no value, wasting valuable resources and polluting the environment.
Producing more with less. We need to go circular and use resources way better than ever before.
Regenergy Frövi creates new jobs the associated benefits that come with that for both individuals and communities.
Inspired by our background in cyclical systems, and the key principles: Responsible, Renewable and Recyclable, we created WA3RM. By flipping the perspective on industrial waste, such as CO2, surplus heat and sludge as a costly problem, we found the key to a new business model where waste becomes a valuable resource.
WA3RM brings waste to life by connecting industries that want to put their waste streams to better use, with entrepreneurs that benefit from accessible energy and raw materials in different forms. This circular system also nurtures other possibilities, such as more local jobs, self-sufficient food production and, of course, a healthier future for all of us.
More so, this is a model that can be used anywhere in connection with industrial production. To make the positive impact on climate change that we desire, we encourage others to follow our example. Only together can we build a thriving world where progress is based on sustainable circularity.
Vision
It’s about physical buildings and structures. But also a new way of thinking. We design and construct regenerative systems and introduce a path to circularity – ultimately building a new world where advancements and developments focus on improvements for people, businesses, societies and our planet. We strive for optimal circularity where nothing goes to waste and there are no harmful emissions.
Business Concept
WA3RM brings waste to life by connecting industries that want to put their waste streams to better use, with entrepreneurs that can make something from that waste stream. This circular system also nurtures other possibilities, such as more local jobs, self-sufficient food production and, of course, a healthier future for all of us.
We move fast to build facilities that deliver needed outputs, jobs and impact on an industrial scale. We have no time to waste — using our powers for good to leave a lasting impact on the world.
Being built on proven technology and know-how this solution can be applied to any energy-intensive industry – to boost circular production of commodities and food and bring industrial-scale circularity from promise to practice, and into today’s pressing business and climate needs.
Our story
Our founders joined forces at the European Spallation Source (ESS) in Lund, where they we're tasked with delivering a sustainable research facility, that was energy efficient, and used only renewable energy and recycled waste heat.
They began to develop a novel energy concept that was responsible, renewable, and recyclable. They called it 3R. The “3R” in WA3RM comes from this concept that revolutionized energy thinking in Big Science. WA3RM’s mission is to bring that revolution to the industry.
We team up with industries, businesses, investors and local communities to create facilities where industrial waste streams are reused in responsible production. This circular system also nurtures other possibilities, such as more local jobs, self-sufficient food production and, of course, a healthier future for all of us. Our solution is ready to deliver industrial-scale outputs that meet existing market needs already today. We have no time to waste — using our powers for good to leave a lasting impact on the world.
One of our core values is ‘no time to waste’. Apart from capturing the sense of urgency that guides our actions; it also reflects our ambition to keep a tight and dedicated organization. We encourage all visionary ideas on how to address the challenges of our planet, at the same time as we strive to make our concrete plans a reality as soon as possible. That’s why we also have a management team that is focused on getting things done sooner rather than later.

Purpose
Our purpose is to bring waste to life. We want to enable and nurture growth and new possibilities; technologically as well as financially. Most people view unwanted materials or byproducts as problems, unnecessary costs or inconveniences. We see waste streams as valuable, untapped resources. And we want to make the best use of waste to create a regenerative system that as life itself is cyclical – to safeguard life on this planet, vitalize local communities and secure a sustainable future.
